Lishchkaya joined the Farm School KC team in 2023, after first becoming part of the community as a parent in the fall of 2014 beginning with Clay-Platte Montessori, our sister school. She brings more than 20 years of experience in education, having served in both classroom and administrative roles.

Lishchkaya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, a Master’s degree in Building Administration, and an Education Specialist degree in District-Level Administration.

With her vibrant personality and deep commitment to education, she is passionate about helping new families discover a love of Montessori education and supporting them through enrollment and transition. She also serves as a liaison to the Parent Teacher Organization.
