Manisha Biswas has dedicated her career to education and brings extensive Montessori experience spanning both Primary and Elementary communities. Her journey with Montessori began while living in England, where she worked as an assistant in a Montessori school and quickly became inspired by the Montessori approach. After returning to Hyderabad, India, she completed her Primary Montessori training through the Indian Montessori Center and worked with children ages 3–6 before pursuing her Elementary training and earning her Montessori Diploma from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).

Manisha currently serves as a Lead Guide in an Elementary Community for children ages 6–12. Known for her warmth, sense of humor, and ability to thoughtfully tailor lessons to meet the needs of individual students, she brings a deep understanding of Montessori practice and child development to her work. As a Farm School KC Board Member, Manisha contributes her extensive Montessori knowledge and educational experience to support the school's mission and continued growth.
