Known to her students as Vero, Veronica Vidal inspires adolescents at Farm School KC to explore, create, and grow. Her expertise in agroecology, biology, and dance allows students to discover new forms of expression while connecting academic lessons to agriculture and healthy living.
Vero earned her Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Missouri–Columbia and a Master’s in Agroecology from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
