Adolescent Guide
Veronica Vidal (known as Vero) is a teacher at Farm School KC, serving adolescents, ages 12-18 years old. Vero's background in the field of agroecology, biology, and dance offers increased opportunities for new forms of expression as well as synergies between academics, lessons in healthy eating, and agricultural activities. Veronica has her Bachelor's in Biology from the University of Missouri- Columbia, and Master's in Agroecology from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and is working towards further certification by American Montessori International (AMI).

Head of School
Lishchkaya joined the FSKC team in 2024, after joining as a CPMS parent in the community Fall 2014. In addition to her vibrant personality, she brings 20 years of experience in public education, where she served in both classroom and administrative positions.
She is excited to be a part of the team, helping new families find, enroll, and transition into FSKC. She also serves as liaison to the Parent Teacher Organization.

Lisa’s background in Cultural Anthropology and passion for drumming are fully appreciated by students, who crave creative expression and are thrilled with human psychology.
Lisa holds her North American Montessori Teachers Association/Association Montessori International diploma in Orientation to Adolescent Studies, qualifying her to work with students 12–18 years old.

Kristy had a career as a Business and Wellness Consultant for over a decade, helping organizations manage all aspects of business including short and long-term growth, improved staff connections, facilitated sustainability and new markets, overseeing brand and product management—and so much more.
Kristy supports education that creates a change of the mind and body resulting in greater ease, adaptation, flexibility, inspiration and joy.
